We are a local family run business, working with property agents for all their residential & commercial property maintenance, repairs, additions and fitouts. We offer a 24-hour call out service for urgent works, and are available at short notice for our property agents.

We specialise in undertaking Healthy Homes assessments, reporting and all remediation work required; offering a thorough yet easy to read report and photo file. Should you choose to have us fix any issues we may find, we can ensure a very quick turnaround to carry out required works, achieving full compliance for your properties in no time. A one stop shop means less administration for the landlord, less $$$ for the owner, less disruption to the tenant. Its a win win for everyone. Of course we tailor our package to suit your needs. We have some agents who engage us to ‘do it all’, and some that just want the report. We even have some who just get us to do all their remediation work. Our reports provide all the detail you will need when compiling your property records and generating your tenancy agreements with The Tenancy Practice Service Ltd (TPS).
